Membership

Membership at "Aura Beauty NY" allows access to all services offered.

 

 

For a smooth reservation system, cancellations or changes can be made

up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Reservations exceeding a 15-minute delay will be automatically canceled.

 

In the case of reservation non-compliance (no-show / last-minute cancelation),

a fee of $20 will be deducted.

 

Membership validity periods are as follows from the

registration date: VVIP, GOLD (1 year), SILVER (6 months).

(Extension of the validity period is allowed once per member based on personal circumstances.)

 

Membership will expire after the specified validity period.

 

Memberships are transferable for personal and companion use

but are limited to one transfer per membership.

 

Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

 

[Cancellation / Refund Policy]

Membership cancellation or refund is only possible within the month of payment. Cancellations or refunds are not permitted after one month has elapsed.

In unavoidable circumstances,

membership transfer to another individual is allowed once.

- VVIP: $1000 ($1200 credit) + Free eyelash supplement valued at $90.

- GOLD : $500 ($575 credit)

- SILVER : $300 ($330 credit)
